UGP2基因与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 UDP-葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶2(UGP2)在糖代谢特别是糖原生物合成过程中起重要作用,其将葡萄糖部分从1磷酸葡萄糖转移到MgUTP,生成UDP葡萄糖并释放焦磷酸盐PPi。研究表明,UGP2基因与多种肿瘤关系密切。本文对UGP2基因与肿瘤的关系研究进展做一综述。 Uridine diphosphate-glucose pyrophosphorylase 2(UGP2) plays an important role in glucose metabolism, especially glycogen biosynthesis, by transferring the glucose fraction from glucose 1 phosphate to MgUTP, generating UDP glucose and releasing pyrophosphate PPi. Studies have shown that the UGP2 gene is closely related to a variety of tumors. In this paper, we review the progress of research on the relationship between UGP2 gene and tumors.
