中国“反家庭暴力”话语实践变迁及其逻辑

Changes and Logic in the Discursive Pactice of “Anti-Domestic Violence” in China

自1995年世界妇女大会召开“,家庭暴力”在中国越来越受到关注“,反家庭暴力”话语实践也随之开启。回顾“反家庭暴力”话语实践的变迁,可以发现女性视角逐渐被隐去,代之为中立的性别立场;制度叙述中“家庭成员”替代了“女性”“;和谐美满”淡化了“暴力”特征。而话语实践过程中的这些“自然”转换,反映的正是话语规则背后的性别文化及无意识的性别权力结构逻辑。

Since the 1995 World Women Conference,domestic violence has received increasing attention in China,and the discourse of“anti-domestic violence”has begun to be practiced.A review of the changes in the discourse of“anti-domestic violence”reveals that the female perspective has been gradually hidden and replaced by a gender-neutral position.“Family members”has replaced“women”in the institutional narrative.“Harmony and happiness”dilute the feature of“violence”.These“natural”transformations in the process of discursive practice reflect the gender culture behind the discourse rules and the unconscious logic of gender power structure.
