CLDN1与TMPRSS4在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of CLDN1 and TMPRSS4 in HCC and its Clinical Significance

目的 探讨细胞紧密连接蛋白1(CLDN1)与Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4(TMPRSS4)在肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 选取79例肝癌患者作为研究对象。采集所有患者肝癌病理标本及癌旁正常肝组织标本,均行免疫组化法检测,比较肝癌组织及癌旁组织中CLDN1与TMPRSS4表达情况,并分析CLDN1、TMPRSS4表达水平与临床病理特征间的关系。结果 肝癌组织内CLDN1阳性表达率、TMPRSS4阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同CLDN1表达及不同TMPRSS4表达肝癌患者肿瘤大小、分化程度、T分期、N分期、M分期、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CLDN1阳性表达患者3年存活率低于CLDN1阴性表达患者,TMPRSS4阳性表达患者3年存活率低于TMPRSS4阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CLDN1与TMPRSS4在肝癌组织内呈高表达,其阳性表达率与肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期、分化程度及AFP水平存在密切关系,且CLDN1与TMPRSS4阳性表达患者预后较差。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cell tight junction protein 1(CLDN1) and type II transmembrane serine protease 4(tmprss4) in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 79 patients with liver cancer were selected as the research objects.All pathological specimens of liver cancer and normal liver tissues adjacent to the cancer were collected and detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of CLDN1 and tmprss4 in liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared, and the relationship between the expression levels of CLDN1 and tmprss4 and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results the positive expression rates of CLDN1 and tmprss4 in liver cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were significant differences in tumor size, differentiation, T stage, N stage, M stage and alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level between patients with liver cancer with different CLDN1 expression and different tmprss4 expression(P<0.05);The 3-year survival rate of patients with CLDN1 positive expression was lower than that of patients with CLDN1 negative expression, and the 3-year survival rate of patients with tmprss4 positive expression was lower than that of patients with tmprss4 negative expression, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CLDN1 and tmprss4 are highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, and their positive expression rate is closely related to tumor size, tumor stage, degree of differentiation and AFP level, and the prognosis of patients with CLDN1 and tmprss4 positive expression is poor.
