缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿母亲出院准备度与疾病不确定感的相关性

Correlation Between Readiness for Hospital Discharge and Uncertain in Illness in Mothers of Neonates with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的调查新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿母亲出院准备度与疾病不确定感的现状,并分析二者之间的相关性。方法选取2018年4月至2021年4月商丘市第一人民医院中100例HIE患儿母亲为研究对象,采用中文版出院准备量表(RHDS)评定患儿母亲出院准备度,采用疾病不确定感父母量表(PPUS)评定患儿母亲疾病不确定感;设计基线资料调查表,询问并记录患儿母亲的一般资料,采用一般线性双变量Pearson直线相关检验HIE患儿母亲出院准备度与疾病不确定感的相关性。结果HIE患儿母亲RHDS总评分为(127.09±20.81)分,疾病知识维度评分为(48.56±11.24)分、身心状态维度评分为(42.54±6.85)分、疼痛状态维度评分为(9.54±2.74)分、其他需要支持维度评分为(26.45±4.32)分;不同特征HIE患儿母亲RHDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经评估,HIE患儿母亲PPUS总评分为(80.15±9.32)分。经一般线性双变量Pearson直线相关性检验,结果显示,HIE患儿母亲PPUS总评分与RHDS总评分、RHDS中疾病知识维度评分、身心状态维度评分、疼痛状态维度评分及其他需要支持维度评分均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论HIE患儿母亲疾病不确定感与出院准备度呈负相关。

Objective To investigate the current situation of maternal readiness for hospital discharge and uncertain in illness in children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A total of 100 mothers of children with HIE in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The Chinese version of readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS)was used to evaluate the maternal readiness for hospital discharge.Maternal uncertain in illness was evaluated by parents’perception of uncertainty scale(PPUS).The baseline data questionnaire was designed to ask and record the baseline data of the mother of HIE children.The general linear bivariate Pearson linear correlation was used to test the correlation between the maternal readiness for hospital discharge and uncertain in illness of HIE children.Results The total RHDS score of mothers of all 100 HIE children was(127.09±20.81)points,the disease knowledge dimension score was(48.56±11.24)points,the physical and mental state dimension score was(42.54±6.85)points,the pain state dimension score was(9.54±2.74)points,and the other support dimension score was(26.45±4.32)points.Compared RHDS scores between mothers of HIE children with different characteristics,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).After evaluation,the total PPUS score of mothers with HIE was(80.15±9.32)points.Through the general linear bivariate Pearson linear correlation test,the results showed that the total PPUS score of mothers of HIE children were negatively correlated with the total RHDS score,the disease knowledge dimension score,physical and mental state dimension score,pain state dimension score and other support dimension scores in RHDS(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a negative correlation between maternal uncertain in illness and readiness for hospital discharge in HIE children.
