基于加速康复外科理念的护理模式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Mode Based on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in Patients After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨基于加速康复外科理念的护理模式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院肝胆胰脾外科收治的98例LC患者为研究对象。采用随机数表将其分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组接受传统常规护理模式,观察组接受基于加速康复外科理念指导下的护理模式。比较两组患者活动性疼痛评分、下床时间、住院时间及满意度。结果观察组患者术后首次下床活动时的功能活动评分(FAS)优于对照组(P<0.001),术后卧床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于加速康复外科理念的疼痛护理模式可减轻LC患者的疼痛度,缩短术后开始下床活动的时间和住院时间,而且能提高患者的治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent LC in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received traditional conventional nursing mode.The observation group received the nursing mode based on ERAS.The postoperative patients’active pain scores,time to get out of bed,time of hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The functional activity score(FAS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The postoperative bed rest time and the time of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,and the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode based on ERAS can reduce the degree of pain of patients undergoing LC and reduce the time of getting out of bed and hospital stay,improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
