腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的疗效及安全性评价

Effect and safety evaluation of laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery for colon cancer

目的:分析腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术在结肠癌患者治疗中的差异。方法:选取本院于2020-04~2021-08收治的54例结肠癌患者,根据手术治疗方案进行分组,其中观察组患者(n=27)接受腹腔镜根治术治疗,对照组患者(n=27)接受传统开腹手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床指标及疗效。结果:两组患者的手术治疗效果相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),围术期指标比较,观察组患者的术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,且患者随访结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者免疫指标以及血清炎症因子比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在结肠癌患者外科手术治疗期间,腹腔镜根治术的临床治疗效果满意,且该治疗方法的安全性更高,满足结肠癌患者术后消化系统功能康复的要求,并且该术式对于患者血清免疫指标以及炎症因子有积极影响,符合临床治疗趋势。

Objective:To analyze the difference between laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery in the clinical treatment of colon cancer patients.Methods:54 patients with colon cancer admitted in the hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to the surgical treatment plan.The patients in the observation group(n=27)received laparoscopic radical surgery,and the patients in the control group(n=27)received traditional laparotomy.The differences in efficacy between the two groups were summarized according to the clinical indicators of the patients.Results:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of surgical treatment effect.Compared with the perioperative indicators,the observation group had better intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and other indicators than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the follow-up results were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The immune indexes and serum inflammatory factors of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the surgical treatment of colon cancer patients,laparoscopic radical surgery has a satisfactory clinical treatment effect,and the treatment method is safer,which meets the requirements of postoperative digestive system function rehabilitation of colon cancer patients.Moreover,this operation method has a positive impact on patients’serum immune indicators and inflammatory factors,which is in line with the trend of clinical treatment.
