CT影像诊断高血压脑出血的临床价值分析

Nalysis of the clinical value of CT imaging in the diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:分析使用CT影像对高血压脑出血的临床诊断价值。方法:2020-01~2021-10收集60例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,对患者实施CT影像学诊断,观察患者的出血位置、范围以及出血量。结果:患者中丘脑死亡率为1.66%,壳核死亡率为1.66%,脑叶死亡率为0.00%,根据不同的血肿位置,死亡率比较差异性显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者中出血量<50mL死亡率为3.33%,50~100mL死亡率为5.00%,>100mL死亡率为8.33%,患者的出血量越高,死亡率越高,3种指标比较,患者的死亡率比较差异性显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);中线位移低于1cm患者死亡率为1.66%,高于1cm死亡率为5.00%,死亡率比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血患者中使用CT影像诊断对患者确定血肿位置以及范围,精确计算患者的出血量,有利于患者的临床治疗方案确定。

Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of CT imaging in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The study was divided according to the time of admission and treatment of patients.From January 2020 to October 2021,60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected as objective research objects.CT imaging diagnosis was carried out for patients,and the location,scope and volume of bleeding were observed.Results:The mortality rate of the patients was 1.66%in the middle thalamus,1.66%in the putamen,and 0.00%in the cerebral lobe.According to the location of the hematoma,the mortality rate was significantly different between the groups(P<0.05);The mortality rate of patients with bleeding volume less than 50 mL was 3.33%,the mortality rate between 50~100 mL was 5.00%,and the mortality rate over 100 mL was 8.33%.The higher the bleeding volume of patients,the higher the mortality rate.Compared with the three indicators,the mortality rate of patients was significantly different between groups(P<0.05);The mortality rate of patients with midline displacement less than 1 cm was 1.66%,and the mortality rate of patients with midline displacement greater than 1 cm was 5.00%.Compared with the mortality rate,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CT imaging diagnosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can determine the location and scope of hematoma,accurately calculate the amount of bleeding,which is conducive to the determination of clinical treatment plans for patients,and has clinical promotion value.
