百合固金汤联合TP化疗方案对晚期肺肾阴虚型非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤标志物及NF-κB、MMP-2、MMP-9水平的影响

Effects of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with TP chemotherapy on tumor markers and levels of NF-κB,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with advanced lung and kidney yin deficiency type non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨百合固金汤联合TP化疗方案治疗晚期肺肾阴虚型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果。方法将我院80例晚期肺肾阴虚型NSCLC患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,常规TP化疗方案)与观察组(n=40,在对照组基础上给予百合固金汤)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))及癌抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百合固金汤联合TP化疗方案治疗晚期肺肾阴虚型NSCLC可降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者的免疫功能,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung and kidney yin deficiency type non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with advanced lung and kidney yin deficiency type NSCLC in our hospital were divided into control group(n=40,conventional TP chemotherapy)and observation group(n=40,Baihe Gujin decoction on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 8 weeks after treatment,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))and the levels of cancer antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1),nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),matrix metallo-proteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung and kidney yin deficiency type NSCLC can reduce the levels of tumor markers,improve the immune function of patients and inhibit inflammatory response.
