水胶体敷料对静脉炎患者相关症状的缓解效果

Alleviating effect of hydrocolloid dressing on related symptoms in patients with phlebitis

目的分析水胶体敷料对静脉炎患者相关症状的缓解效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的52例静脉炎患者作为研究对象,根据临床护理差异将其分为参照组(26例,常规护理)和研究组(26例,常规护理+水胶体敷料)。比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组的干预总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的静脉炎分级显著优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的疼痛评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的疼痛评分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的干预满意度显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料用于静脉炎患者中可有效缓解临床症状,提高干预效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the alleviating effect of hydrocolloid dressing on related symptoms in patients with phlebitis.Methods A total of 52 patients with phlebitis admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to clinical nursing differences,the patients were divided into reference group(26 cases,routine nursing)and study group(26 cases,routine nursing+hydrocolloid dressing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The phlebitis grading of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the pain score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing for patients with phlebitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the intervention effect,which is worth promoting.
