加速康复外科护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery

目的分析加速康复外科护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取我院2019年2月至2021年2月收治的68例老年股骨颈骨折手术患者作为研究对象,根据术后护理模式差异将其分为常规组(34例,常规护理)与观察组(34例,常规护理+加速康复外科护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术后卧床时长、骨愈合时间、住院时长短于常规组,护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后便秘、泌尿系统感染、下肢静脉血栓、肺部感染发生率均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组的髋关节Harris功能(HHS)评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。术后第7、15天,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在老年股骨颈骨折手术患者的术后护理中采取加速康复外科护理可取得理想的护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into routine group(34 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(34 cases,routine nursing+accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing)according to the difference of postoperative nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative bed time,bone healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative constipation,urinary system infection,lower extremity venous thrombosis and pulmonary infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).At discharge,the Harris Hip Score(HHS)scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).On the 7 th and 15 th d after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing can achieve ideal nursing effect in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery.
