围术期护理策略在妇科手术合并糖尿患者中的应用价值

The Value of Perioperative Care Strategies in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Gynecological Surgery

目的 分析妇科手术合并糖尿患者中利用围术期护理的临床效果。方法 选取三明市第一医院2019年4月—2020年7月的120例妇科手术合并糖尿患者者的基础资料,采用抽签模式分为研析组和一般组,每组60例。研析组患者采取围术期护理策略实施护理干预,一般组护理方法为常规护理,对比疾病知识掌握度、护理前后血糖水平、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分、心理需求满足度、护理依从性。结果 研析组患者心理需求满足度高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研析组的知识掌握度、护理依从性情况优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研析组空腹血糖水平为(4.62±0.63)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(6.24±2.25)mmol/L,均优于一般组,不良情绪评分低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.796、4.610、18.450、35.091,P<0.05)。研析组生活质量评分,优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 围术期护理策略可有效降低血糖水平,帮助妇科手术合并糖尿患者者调节心理状态,具备较高应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of utilizing perioperative care in patients with gynecological surgery combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods The basic data of 120 patients with gynecological surgery and diabetes mellitus in Sanming First Hospital from April 2019 to July 2020, the study group and general group were divided by lottery mode, with 60 cases in each group. Nursing interventions were implemented for the patients in the study group by adopting perioperative nursing strategies,and the general group nursing method was conventional nursing.The comparison indexes: disease knowledge, blood glucose level before and after care, bad mood score,q uality of life score, psychological needs satisfaction, and nursing compliance.Results The satisfaction degree of psychological needs in the study group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The knowledge mastery and nursing compliance of the study group were better than those of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the fasting blood glucose level of the study group was(4.62±0.63) mmol/L, and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(6.24±2.25) mmol/L, which were better than those of the general group, and the bad mood score was lower than that of the general group, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.796, 4.610, 18.450, 35.091, P<0.05). The quality of life scores of patients in the study group were better than those in the general group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative care strategies can effectively lower blood sugar levels, it helps gynecological surgery combined with diabetes mellitus patients to regulate their psychological state,and has high application value.
