摘要
目的探究量化健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月期间在莆田学院附属医院接受治疗的75例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。采用掷硬币的方法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组35例,观察组40例。对照组采用常规健康教育干预,观察组采用量化健康教育干预。对比两种护理模式的临床干预效果,以及患者满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的空腹血糖水平为(5.29±0.95)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(6.21±1.15)mmol/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的遵医率为92.50%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我护理能力评分为(89.53±5.09)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有1例患者出现羊水过多,1例出现胎儿窘迫,1例出现产后感染,不良妊娠结局总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量化健康教育干预对于妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理具有良好的干预效果,可有效降低患者的血糖水平,减少不良妊娠结局的发生率。
Objective To investigate the application value of quantitative health education in the care of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 75 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the affiliated hospital of Putian University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.Divided into control group and observation group by coin flipping,35 cases in control group and 40 cases in observation group.Routine health education intervention was used in the control group,and quantitative health education intervention was used in the observation group.To compare the clinical intervention effect of the two nursing modes,as well as patient satisfaction.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose level of the patients was(5.29±0.95)mmol/L,and the 2 h postprandial blood glucos level was(6.21±1.15)mmol/L in the observation group,which was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability in the observation group was(89.53±5.09)points,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One patient had polyhydramnios,one had fetal distress,and one had postpartum infection in the observation group,the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 7.50%,lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative health education intervention in the care of patients with gestational diabetes has good intervention effect,can effectively reduce the patients’blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
