无缝隙优质护理对老年糖尿病治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Seamless Quality Care on Adherence to Treatment and Quality of Life of Elderly People with Diabetes

目的 探讨无缝隙优质护理对老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月在莆田平民医院进行诊断治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者共162例,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=81)、对照组(n=81)。对照组予以传统常规护理措施,观察组予以无缝隙优质护理措施。比较两组血糖控制情况、治疗依从性、心理状态。结果 与对照组相比,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组饮食依从性、运动依从性、用药依从性、自我监测率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与干预前相比,干预后两组SAS、SDS评分降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无缝隙优质护理可有效提高老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者护理依从性,提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of seamless quality care on treatment compliance and quality of life of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 162 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in Putian Civilian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=81) and the control group(n=81) according to the random number table. The control group was given conventional nursing measures, while the observation group was given seamless quality nursing measures. The blood glucose control, treatment compliance and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, diet compliance, exercise compliance, medication compliance, and self-monitoring rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the pre-intervention, SAS and SDS scores were lower in the two groups after the intervention, and SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless quality care can effectively improve the nursing compliance of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients, enhancing the quality of care.
