摘要 目的 观察高压氧在老年糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年9月莆田学院附属医院62例老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分组,每组31例,对照组与观察组分别采取常规疗法与高压氧联合治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、感觉神经传导和运动神经传导速度。结果 治疗总有效率、感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度方面,治疗后,观察组均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年糖尿病周围神经病变临床治疗期间,高压氧的应用有助于患者感觉神经及运动神经传导速度改善,获取相对理想的治疗效果。 Objective To observe the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the elderly.Methods 62 cases of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in Putian Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly grouped, with 31 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy combining respectively, and the treatment effect, sensory nerve conduction and motor nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two group.Results The total treatment efficiency, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of senile diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the application of hyperbaric oxygen helps patients improve sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity and obtain relatively ideal treatment effects.
