摘要
目的 探究使用雷珠单抗注射液联合激光治疗对于糖尿病导致视网膜病变患者的疗效。方法 选取泉州市光前医院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的94例(共188眼)糖尿病所致视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按随机排列表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例、94眼,对照组采用激光治疗,观察组采用激光+眼内注射雷珠单抗治疗。对比两组治疗效果、眼底出血及渗出吸收时间、眼压、视力水平。结果 观察组总有效率93.62%高于对照组78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼底出血吸收时间、渗出吸收时间分别为(10.73±1.25)、(2.57±0.38)d,短于对照组的(13.56±1.34)、(3.48±0.41)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眼压(13.62±1.28)mm Hg低于对照组(15.85±1.36)mm Hg,观察组视力(0.38±0.10)高于对照组(0.25±0.07),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病视网膜病变患者使用注射雷珠单抗+激光的疗效能得到有效提高,并且眼底出血渗出和吸收时间,视力、眼压均有改善,是能广泛应用的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of using ranibizumab injection combined with laser therapy for patients with diabetic-induced retinopathy.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021, 94 patients(188 eyes in total)with retinopathy caused by diabetes who were admitted to Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital as study subjects were according to random permutation table, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 47 cases and94 eyes in each group. The control group was treated with laser, and the observation group was treated with laser+intraocular injection of leizumab. The therapeutic effect, time of exudation and absorption of fundus hemorrhage, intraocular pressure and visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62% higher than that of the control group 78.72%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The absorption time of eyeground hemorrhage and exudation in the observation group were(10.73±1.25) d and(2.57±0.38) d, respectively, shorter than those in the control group(13.56±1.34) d and(3.48±0.41) d, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). IOP in the observation group(13.62±1.28) mm Hg was lower than that in the control group(15.85±1.36) mm Hg after treatment, and visual acuity in the observation group(0.38±0.10) was higher than that in the control group(0.25±0.07), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of using injectable ranibizumab + laser in patients with diabetic retinopathy can be effectively improved, and there are improve in fundus hemorrhagic exudation and absorption time and visual acuity IOP, which is a treatment that can be widely used.
