从三阴论治消渴病

Treating Xiaoke Disease From the Sanyin Theory

三阴与消渴病的发生、发展关系严密,中医认为,糖尿病属于“消渴”“脾消”范畴,其病机为“阴虚为本,燥热为标”,病位在肺、胃、肾,对于三阴的论述较少,本文从三阴的角度探讨消渴病之本源在于三阴:肾脏虚寒则精微失于固摄、脾脏失运则水谷不化气血、肝脏失疏则化火生风,暗损脏腑百骸,消渴病之疾而作矣,治当从足少阴肾经、足太阴脾经、足厥阴肝经入手,以温肾、运脾、疏肝为法治之,通过对其理论依据、用药方法等多方面,多角度的总结和分析,以期为临床上消渴病的诊治提供一条新的思路。

The relationship between Sanyin and the occurrence and development of Xiaoke disease is tight. TCMthinks that diabetes belongs to the category of "Xiaoke disease" and "spleen elimination", the pathogenesis of diabetesis "yin deficiency-based, dryness-heat as the standard", the disease is located in the lung, stomach, kidney, the dis-cussion of Sanyin is less. The author discusses the origin of the disease from the perspective of the Sanyin. The defi-ciency of cold in the kidneys is the loss of the essence of the solid, the spleen is not transported, the water and grain isnot transformed into gas and blood, the liver is not evacuated is the transformation of fire and wind, dark damage tothe internal organs of the hundred bones, the disease of thirst and the disease is carried out. The treatment should startfrom the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian, foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian, with the rule ofwarming the kidney, transporting the spleen and dredging the liver. By summarizing and analyzing the theoretical ba-sis and the method of medication from multiple perspectives, we hope to provide a new way of thinking for the clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of Xiaoke disease.
