高压氧治疗对早期糖尿病肾病血糖和肾功能的影响观察

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Blood Glucose and Renal Function in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨高压氧治疗对早期糖尿病肾病血糖和肾功能的影响。方法选择2021年2月—2022年1月在吉林市化工医院治疗的82例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象。采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍和厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加高压氧治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的血糖检测指标、肾功能指标及治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后空腹血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率和血肌酐水平低于对照组,且观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规控制血糖和稳定血压疗法的基础上,为患者增加高压氧治疗,可进一步提高患者的康复效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on blood glucose and renal function in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 82 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients treated in Jilin Chemical Hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects.The random number table method was adopted to divide into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride and irbesartan orally,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the glucose detection index,renal function index and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the fasting blood glucose levels of patients in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the 2 h post-prandial blood glucose level of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the 24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate and blood creatinine level were lower than those in the control group,and the total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine blood glucose control and blood pressure stabilization therapy,hyperbaric oxygen therapy can further improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
