五味消渴方辨证加减治疗基层医院糖尿病患者的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction on Diabetes Patients in Primary Hospital by Syndrome Differentiation

目的研究五味消渴方辨证加减治疗基层医院糖尿病患者的疗效。方法2021年1—12月于福建省永安市立医院接受不同治疗方案的糖尿病患者中随机抽取110例,分为对照组(55例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(55例,五味消渴方辨证加减治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组血糖指标显著低于对照组,观察组定期监测率、15 g食物血糖达标率、血糖达标时间均高于对照组,观察组ESCA评分、满意度均显著优于对照组,治疗后观察组TG、TC水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对基层医院糖尿病患者采取糖尿病辨证加减治疗更有利于稳定患者的血糖值,提高患者血糖达标率,有利于提高患者自我管理能力和治疗满意度,具有突出临床价值。

Objective To study the efficacy of the Wuwei Xiaoke decoction with dialectical addition and subtraction therapy on diabetic patients in primary hospitals.Methods From January to December 2021,110 diabetic patients who received different treatment regimens in Yong’an Municipal Hospital were randomly selected.They were divided into control group(55 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(55 cases,Wuwei Xiaoke decoction treatment with dialectical addition and subtraction therapy).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the regular monitoring rate,15 g food blood glucose standard rate and blood glucose standard time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The ESCA score and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the levels of TG and TC in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical addition and subtraction of diabetes therapy for patients with diabetes in primary hospitals is more conducive to stabilizing the blood glucose value of patients,improving the rate of blood glucose compliance,and improving the self-management ability and treatment satisfaction of patients.It has outstanding clinical value.
