二甲双胍缓释片与格列齐特缓释片对糖尿病患者不良反应及血糖控制情况的影响

Effect of Metformin Extended-release Tablets and Gliclazide Extended-Release Tablets on Adverse Effects and Glycemic Control in Diabetic Patients

目的分析糖尿病患者接受治疗期间选用二甲双胍缓释片及格列齐特缓释片对其不良反应及血糖控制情况的影响。方法随机选择2020年2月-2022年2月期间江苏南通海安孙庄医院收治的108例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照信封法将患者分为比照组(二甲双胍缓释片)及观察组(二甲双胍缓释片+格列齐特缓释片),各54例。对比两组患者不良反应发生率及血糖控制情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率较比照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显降低,且观察组明显低于比照组;两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显提高,且观察组明显高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者展开治疗期间,给予其二甲双胍缓释片联合格列齐特缓释片,患者不良反应发生情况明显减少,血糖、血脂水平控制情况更佳。

Objective To analyze the effects of choosing metformin extended-release tablets and gliclazide extendedrelease tablets on adverse effects and glycemic control in diabetic patients during their treatment.Methods One hundred and eight diabetic patients admitted to Nantong Hai’an Sunzhuang Hospital,between February 2020 and February 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(metformin extended-release tablets)and the observation group(metformin extended-release tablets+gliclazide extendedrelease tablets)according to the envelope method,with 54 cases in each group.The incidence of adverse reactions and glycemic control in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly lower in both groups after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)increased significantly in both groups and was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of diabetic patients,metformin extended-release tablets combined with gliclazide extended-release tablets significantly reduced the occurrence of adverse effects and better control of blood glucose and lipid levels.
