二甲双胍在妊娠糖尿病治疗中的应用效果及对血糖的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Metformin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect on Blood Glucose

目的探究妊娠糖尿患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年12月莆田学院附属医院收治的76例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机抽样法将患者分为常规组(38例)和研究组(38例)。常规组患者使用常规对症治疗,研究组患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗。比较两组患者血糖水平、不良妊娠结局和生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.41±1.12)mmol/L、(9.10±2.50)mmol/L、(6.10±2.01)%,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.815、3.651、5.329,P<0.001)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为7.89%,低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033)。治疗后,研究组妊娠高危因素担忧、感知受到限制、药物治疗、支持、妊娠糖尿病并发症的评分分别为(4.16±0.78)分、(4.32±0.59)分、(4.18±0.65)分、(4.28±0.46)分、(4.18±0.64)分,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.940、16.294、14.151、15.317、14.536,P<0.001)。结论为妊娠糖尿病患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗,可以改善患者血糖指标,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with metformin in gestational diabetic patients.Methods 76 gestational diabetic patients were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into conventional group(38 cases)and study group(38cases)according to the random sampling method.Patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy,while patients in the study group was treated with metformin.The blood glucose levels,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were(5.41±1.12)mmol/L,(9.10±2.50)mmol/L,and(6.10±2.01)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.815,3.651,5.329,P<0.001).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 7.89%,which was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033).After treatment,the scores of pregnancy risk factor concerns,perceived limitations,medication,support and gestational diabetes complications in the study group were(4.16±0.78)points,(4.32±0.59)points,(4.18±0.65)points,(4.28±0.46)points and(4.18±0.64)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.940,16.294,14.151,15.317,14.536,P<0.001).Conclusion Treatment with metformin for patients with gestational diabetes can improve patients’glycemic index and improve their quality of life,and has high clinical application value.
