整体护理干预对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的救治效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness and Quality of Care of Holistic Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis in the Emergency Department

目的探究整体护理干预在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的救治效果。方法选取惠安县医院急诊科于2020年1—12月收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者128例,按照计算机随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。前者、后者均在对症救治的基础上,接受常规护理干预、整体护理干预。对比分析两组救治效果、血糖水平、心理状态、生活质量。结果观察组救治优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.905,P=0.048)。两组患者护理前血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,血糖水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前心理状态评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,SF-36评分提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者救治期间,给予整体护理干预,能提高救治效果,改善患者血糖水平、心理状态和生活质量,有助于患者早日康复,推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the rescue effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in the emergency department.Methods 128 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the emergency department of Hui’an County Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.According to the computerized random assignment method,they were divided into control group and observation group,64 cases each.Both the former and the latter received conventional nursing interventions and holistic nursing interventions on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The rescue effect,blood glucose level,psychological status and quality of life between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group had a higher rate of good treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.905,P=0.048).The difference was not statistically significant when comparing the blood glucose levels of the two groups before care(P>0.05).After care,the blood glucose level was lower in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the pre-care mental state scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After care,SAS and SDS scores were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the quality of life scores of the two groups before care(P>0.05).After care,SF-36 scores improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the rescue and treatment of emergency diabetic ketoacidosis patients,giving holistic nursing intervention can improve the rescue and treatment effect improve patients’blood glucose level,psychological status and quality of life,and help patients recover early,and it is recommended.
