中医护理联合健康指导对改善糖尿病肾病血糖及健康知晓的效果

Effect of Chinese Medical Care Combined with Health Guidance on Improving Blood Glucose and Health Awareness in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探析糖尿病肾病患者采取中医护理联合健康指导措施进行干预对改善血糖水平与健康知识知晓评分的效果。方法选择福建中医药大学附属医院人民医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的112例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组的原则以对照组(n=56,常规护理干预)、观察组(n=56,中医护理联合健康指导干预)区分,对比两组患者干预前后的血糖、健康知识掌握评分的变化。结果观察组联合护理干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组联合护理干预后,健康知识知晓评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采取中医护理联合健康指导措施进行干预可降低血糖参数,促使患者的健康知识知晓评分明显提高,对改善患者的治疗预后有着积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of intervention with Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance measures on improving blood glucose levels and health knowledge scores in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to People’s Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=56,conventional nursing intervention)and observation group(n=56,TCM nursing combined with health guidance intervention)according to the random number table method grouping.The changes of blood glucose and health knowledge mastery scores of patients in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results After combined nursing intervention,the level of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the health knowledge knowledge score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the combined nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance measures in patients with diabetic nephropathy can reduce blood glucose parameters and improve the health knowledge knowledge score of patients,which has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients’treatment.
