综合护理干预在ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的效果分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Nursing Care of Patients with Diabetes Ketoacidosis in ICU

目的探究综合护理干预对ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理效果。方法选取2021年1—12月期间福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院ICU收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者120例为研究对象。根据护理方式不同,将入组患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础行综合护理,比较护理干预后两组患者相关情况。结果护理干预后,与对照组相比,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、酸中毒症状积分更低,尿酮体转阴时间、酸中毒纠正时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度,观察组为96.67%(58/60),对照组为85.00%(51/60),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理过程中,采用综合护理方式进行干预,能够显著改善患者空腹血糖、酸中毒症状积分等,可缩短患者治疗时间、提高护理满意度,临床使用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in ICU.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the ICU of the First Hospital of Fuzhou City,Fujian Medical University during January-December 2021 were selected as study subjects.According to the different care methods,the enrolled patients were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group performed conventional care and comprehensive nursing based on routine nursing in the observation group,and the relevant conditions of the two groups were compared after the nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose(FBG)and acidosis symptom score,shorter urinary ketone body conversion time and acidosis correction time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67%(58/60)in the observation group and 85.00%(51/60)in the control group,which was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in ICU,the use of integrated nursing care can significantly improve the fasting blood glucose and acidosis symptom score of patients,shorten the treatment time of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
