上消化道出血合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒的护理及健康教育研究

Nursing Care and Health Education Study of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Combined with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的研究针对性护理和健康教育在上消化道出血合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取于2020年8月—2022年2月在福建省泉州市第一医院就诊的60例上消化道出血合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分组,每组30例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展针对性护理联合健康教育,比较两组的焦虑情绪改善情况、疾病知识知晓率、生活质量、患者及患者家属满意度。结果观察组护理后患者的焦虑评分低于护理前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疾病知识知晓率显著高于对照组(96.67%vs 80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组、患者和家属的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理与健康教育相结合运用在上消化道出血合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理上可获得理想的干预效果,可减轻患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者的生活质量及满意度,可推广。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing and health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding combined with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated with diabetes ketoacidosis who visited the First Hospital of Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and grouped according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional care,and the observation group carried out targeted care combined with health education.The improvement of anxiety,knowledge of disease,quality of life,and satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the pre-care and control groups after care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disease knowledge knowledge rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction scores of patients and family members were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of targeted care and health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding combined with diabetic ketoacidosis can achieve ideal intervention effects,reduce patients’anxiety,improve patients’quality of life and satisfaction,and can be promoted.
