预见性护理在ICU重症颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者皮肤及血糖管理中的应用研究

A Study on the Application of Anticipatory Care in the Skin and Blood Glucose Management in ICU Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究预见性护理在ICU重症颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者皮肤管理以及血糖控制中的应用价值。方法将2019年6月—2022年4月泉州市第一医院ICU收治的重症颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理,比较两组的伤口感染发生率、ICU住院时间、血糖变化、焦虑评分、生活质量以及患者满意度。结果观察组的伤口感染发生率低于对照组,ICU住院时间短于对照组,护理后血糖值低于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,且护理后患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者实施预见性护理的干预效果显著,可降低伤口感染发生率,改善患者的血糖值和焦虑情绪,缩短ICU住院时间,从而提高患者的护理满意度及生活质量。

Objective To study the application value of anticipatory care in skin management as well as blood glucose control in patients with severe craniocerebral injury combined with diabetes mellitus in ICU.Methods Fifty patients with severe craniocerebral injury combined with diabetes mellitus admitted to the ICU of Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2019 to April 2022 were taken as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.Conventional care was implemented in the control group,and anticipatory care was implemented in the observation group.The incidence of wound infection,ICU length of stay,blood glucose changes,anxiety scores,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of wound infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the ICU hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the blood glucose value after nursing was lower than that in the control group,the anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the quality of life score of patients after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of anticipatory care for patients with severe craniocerebral injury combined with diabetes mellitus in ICU is significant,which can reduce the incidence of wound infection,improve patients’blood glucose values and anxiety,shorten the ICU hospitalization time,thus improving patients’nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
