胫骨横向骨搬移治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Tibial Transverse Bone Relocation in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的研究糖尿病足应用胫骨横向骨搬移治疗的效果。方法研究对象选自昆明市第一人民医院于2018年11月—2022年2月收治的40例糖尿病足患者,按随机数表法分组,对照组(20例)行常规治疗,研究组(20例)行胫骨横向骨搬移治疗。对比两组创面愈合效果、踝肱指数及外周神经恢复情况。结果研究组95.00%创面愈合率高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后踝肱指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足应用胫骨横向骨搬移治疗,可促进神经功能恢复,有利于创面早期愈合。

Objective To study the effect of applying tibial transverse bone relocation treatment for diabetic foot.Methods 40 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Kunming from November 2018 to February 2022 were selected for the study and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(20 cases)was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group(20 cases)was treated with lateral tibial bone relocation.The wound healing effect,ankle-brachial index and peripheral nerve recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The 95.00%trauma healing rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative ankle-brachial index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transverse tibial bone relocation treatment for diabetic foot can promote the recovery of nerve function and facilitate the early healing of the trauma.
