行气破瘀合剂对肋骨骨折合并血胸患者疼痛程度及血液流变学指标的影响

Effect of Xingqi Poyu Mixture on Pain and Hemorheology in Patients with Rib Fracture Complicated with Hemothorax

目的:观察行气破瘀合剂对肋骨骨折合并血胸患者疼痛程度及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:依据随机数字表法将2021年1月至2022年6月期间南昌市洪都中医院收治的肋骨骨折合并血胸患者78例分为两组,各39例。对照组实施西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服行气破瘀合剂治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、恢复时间、疼痛程度、血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的疼痛消失、血肿吸收、住院时间更短(P<0.05);与两组治疗前比较,治疗7 d、14 d后VAS评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,两组全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度均降低,且与对照组比较观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论:行气破瘀合剂可缓解肋骨骨折合并血胸患者疼痛,改善血液流变学,促进血肿吸收,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To observe the effect of xingqi poyu mixture on pain and blood rheology in patients with rib fracture complicated with hemothorax.Methods:According to the random number table method,78 patients with rib fracture combined with hemothorax admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups,39 in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with xingqi poyu mixture orally on the basis of the control group.7 d was a course of treatment,and the treatment was continued for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,recovery time,degree of pain,and changes in hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the pain disappeared,hematoma absorption and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased 7 days and 14 days after treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of whole blood in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi poyu mixture can relieve pain in patients with rib fracture complicated with hemothorax,improve blood rheology,promote hematoma absorption,and shorten hospital stay.
