金水六君煎加味联合穴位贴敷治疗老年肺炎痰湿蕴肺证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction Combined with Acupoint Sticking in the Treatment of Senile Pneumonia With Phlegm-dampness Accumulation in the Lung Syndrome

目的:观察金水六君煎加味联合穴位贴敷治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月于新余市中医院老年病科住院的老年肺炎患者(痰湿蕴肺证)60例,随机分为对照组、治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上进行金水六君煎口服联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组疗效;于治疗前、后,比较两组痰量,咳嗽视觉量表[视觉模拟量表(VAS)],炎症指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)]。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组痰量显著减少,咳嗽评分显著降低,且治疗组痰量少于对照组,咳嗽评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、IL-6、WBC均显著下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金水六君煎加味联合穴位贴敷治疗老年肺炎的疗效较高,可减少痰量,减轻咳嗽程度,降低炎症反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modifed jinshui liujun decoction combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of senile pneumonia.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with pneumonia(phlegm-dampness in the lung syndrome)who were hospitalized in the department of geriatrics,Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,based on this,the treatment group was treated with modified jinshui liujun decoction orally combined with acupoint sticking.The curative effects of the two groups were compared;before and after treatment,the visual scale of sputum volume and cough[visual analog scale(VAS)],inflammatory indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),white blood cell count(WBC)]was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the sputum volume and cough score in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the sputum volume in the treatment group was less,and the cough score in the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CRP,PCT,IL-6 and WBC in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified jinshui liujun decoction combined with acupoint sticking has a high curative effect in the treatment of senile pneumonia,which can reduce the amount of phlegm,reduce the degree of cough,and reduce the inflammatory response.
