连续性床旁血液净化在脓毒症患者中的效果观察

Observation of Effect of Continuous Bedside Blood Purification in Patients with Sepsis

目的:探讨连续性床旁血液净化对脓毒症患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1-6月宁乡市人民医院重症监护室(ICU)收治的脓毒症患者80例,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施常规治疗联合连续性床旁血液净化治疗。比较两组治疗后的炎性因子(白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、降钙素)水平、血液检查相关指标和救治成功率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血乳酸和血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平均低于对照组;活化蛋白(APC)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者救治成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脓毒症患者进行临床常规治疗基础上,使用连续性床旁血液净化治疗,能够改善患者炎性因子水平,优化血液检查相关指标,提高救治成功率。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of continuous bedside blood purification in sepsis patients. Methods: Eighty patients with sepsis admitted to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) of the People’s Hospital of Ningxiang from January 2020 to June2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random draw method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group implemented conventional treatment, while the observation group implemented conventional treatment combined with continuous bedside blood purification. The levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, calcitonin), blood test related indexes and rescue success rates after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Blood lactate and von Willebrand factor(VWF) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;Activated protein(APC) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rescue success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the clinical routine treatment of patients with sepsis, the use of continuous bedside blood purification therapy can improve the levels of inflammatory factors in patients, optimize the related indicators of blood tests, and increase the rescue success rate.
