摘要
目的:分析规范化干预在食管癌术后早期肠内营养患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月东南大学附属中大医院收治的行食管癌手术并给予早期肠内营养患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予规范化干预。比较两组患者生活质量评分、相关住院指标。结果:护理后,两组患者生理职能、心理职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化干预在食管癌术后早期肠内营养患者的应用效果显著,能提高食管癌患者日常生活质量,优化患者相关住院指标水平。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of standardized intervention in the patients with early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods: A total of 98 patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery and received early enteral nutrition in Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method, with 49cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given standardized intervention on the basis of control group. The quality of life scores and related hospitalization indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, mental health and overall health in the two groups were increased, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of first exhaust and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The standardized intervention in the patients with early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery has a significant application effect, it can improve the daily quality of life of esophageal cancer patients,and optimize the level of hospitalization indicators.
