多光束叠加的周期性图形分析

摘要 多光束的相干叠加及非相干叠加能够产生周期性的光强分布图形,这类图形可用于大面积、周期性微光学元件阵列的制备中。以双光束和三光束为例,推导了这些光束进行相干叠加和非相干叠加的光强公式,并通过图像展示了相应的光强分布,有助于较为深入地理解多光束的叠加原理、多光束叠加方法,以及这类叠加光强图案的基本规律和特点。 The coherent and incoherent superposition of multiple beams can produce periodic light intensity distribution patterns, which can be used to produce large-area, periodic micro-optical element arrays. Taking two beams and three beams as examples, the light intensity formulas for coherent superposition and incoherent superposition of these beams are derived, and the corresponding light intensity distributions are displayed through images, which is helpful for understanding the principle and method of multiple beams superposition,as well as the basic laws and characteristics of such light intensity patterns.
