摘要
在海洋目标监测和成像方面,C波段有着很好的性能,T/R组件作为星载SAR的关键部件,研制C波段高性能的多通道T/R组件有重要意义。采用集成化芯片和低成本设计,在实现高输出功率和高效率的同时,做到了轻小型化。T/R组件内置合成定向耦合器,实现了弱耦合场合下的高定向性,提升了雷达对T/R组件的监测和精准校正能力。
In terms of marine target monitoring and imaging, C-band has good performance. As a key component of spaceborne SAR, T/R components are of great significance to develop high-performance multi-channel T/R components in C-band. Using integrated chips and low-cost design, it achieves light and miniaturization while achieving high output power and high efficiency. The T/R component has a built-in synthetic directional coupler, which achieves high directivity in weak coupling situations and improves the radar’s monitoring and accurate correction capabilities for the T/R component.
