基于虚拟仪器的结构钢热处理温度场的监测

摘要 热处理通过温度的变化方式改善零件质量,通过对热处理温度信号的实时监测,可以从工艺实现的角度反映热处理质量。基于虚拟仪器建立了一套热处理温度采集系统,通过硬件和软件系统设计实现退火温度监测,对结构钢热处理过程中工件的温度变化实现了实时采集。 Thermal processing improves the quality of parts by changing temperature, and through real-time monitoring of thermal processing temperature signals, the quality of thermal processing can be reflected from the perspective of process realization. In this paper, a set of thermal processing temperature acquisition system is established based on virtual instruments, and annealing temperature monitoring is realized through hardware and software system design, and real-time acquisition of temperature changes of workpieces during the thermal processing of structural steel.
