摘要
采用平板陶瓷膜MBR工艺对市政污水处理进行了中试研究,考察了中试工艺对CODCr、氨氮、TN、TP等污染物的去除效果,以及运行过程中的污泥浓度和跨膜压差变化。结果表明,陶瓷膜MBR工艺耐冲击负荷强,出水CODCr、氨氮、TN、TP平均浓度分别为12 mg/L、0.3 mg/L、6.6 mg/L和0.42 mg/L,出水浊度小于1NTU,可作为回用水使用。在污泥浓度高达14 000~16 000 mg/L时,陶瓷膜在40LMH的通量下跨膜压差运行稳定,在市政污水处理中具有一定优势。
A pilot study was carried out on municipal wastewater treatment by flat-sheet ceramic membrane bioreactor process. The removal effect of the pilot process on CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, TN, TP and other pollutants, as well as the changes of sludge concentration and transmembrane pressure during operation were investigated. The results showed that the ceramic membrane MBR technology has strong shock resistance, and the average concentrations of CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, TN and TP in the effluent are 12 mg/L, 0.3 mg/L, 6.6 mg/L and 0.42 mg/L respectively. The turbidity in the effluent is less than 1 NTU, which can be reused directly. The transmembrane pressure of the ceramic membrane is stable under the flux of40LMH when the sludge concentration is as high as 14 000-16 000 mg/L. The ceramic membrane has certain advantages in municipal sewage treatment.
