儒家思想对当代教育管理的启示

The Enlightenment of Confucianism on ContemporaryEducational Management

儒家思想作为先秦诸子百家学说之一,具有很强的包容性和系统性,其中所包含的经世致用思想在当今教育管理工作中发挥着极其重要的作用。儒家思想体系中所包含的教育管理思想有人本主义、坚持人治的管理思想;举贤任能、君子怀德的领导思想;强调礼治、重视教化的管理艺术;重视激励、宽厚待民的管理风范。立足于此,文章从以下几个方面提出了儒家思想对当代教育管理的启示:坚持以人为本的教育管理主张、提升教育管理者“君子”修为、秉持尊贤容众的教育管理艺术、遵从选贤举能的教育管理之道。

Confucianism,as one of the hundred schools of thought of the pre-Qin dynasty,is inclusive and systematic,and the ideas contained therein are playing an extremely important role in education and management today.Confucian ideology system includes the management ideas of humanism and adherence to the rule of man;the leadership ideas of appointing the wise and capable and the gentleman's embrace of virtue;the management art of emphasizing ritual rule and attaching importance to edification;and the management style of attaching importance to incentives and treating people leniently.Based on this,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of Confucianism to contemporary education management from the following aspects:adhering to people-oriented education management idea;enhancing"gentleman"’s cultivation of education managers,upholding education management art of respecting the virtuous and tolerating the public,and following the education management way of selecting the virtuous and employing the capable.
