乡村振兴背景下县域大健康产业发展的内涵、模式和路径

Connotation,model and path of the development of county big health industry under the Background of Rural Revitalization

文章在归纳大健康产业定义和分类的基础上,指出大健康产业必须以人民健康为中心的发展内涵;提出县域内存在健康小镇、三医融合、医疗器械、医疗康养、生态农业+旅游、健康养老等6种大健康产业发展模式并归纳其特点,指出县域大健康产业发展存在缺乏统计口径、要素供给不足、以经济价值为主要评判指标、缺乏科学决策、对产业认知不足等5大主要问题,提出相应的发展建议和具体发展路径,为大健康产业在县域内的高质量发展提供理论依据。

Based on the definition and classification of big health industry,this paper points out that the development of big health industry must revolve around the health of Chinese people,presents big health development models of healthy town,integration of three medical reforms,medical apparatus,medical and health rehabilitation,ecological agriculture+tourism,and health care for the elderly and summarizes the characteristics of the development of big health industry.Meanwhile,targeting the problems of lack of statistical standards,insufficient supply of factors,using economic value as the main evaluation index,lack of scientific decision-making,and insufficient recognition of the industry,the paper also puts forward some development suggestions and specific development paths so as to provide theoretic basis for the high-quality development of county big health industry.
