摘要
对预处理铝合金进行高温烧蚀,用扫描电子显微镜采集不同灼烧时间下铝合金图像,提取烧蚀特征,用分形模型分析图像特征。结果表明:随时间推移,烧蚀坑扩大、变深,试件分形维数增加、失重率增加;烧蚀72 h后,分形维数为1.978D,失重率为5.186×10^(-3)%,试件破坏显著;分形模型能准确分析铝合金烧蚀形貌演变。
Pretreated aluminum alloys were ablated,and their morphologies ablated for different times were analyzed using scanning electron microscope(SEM).The ablation characteristics were extracted and analyzed using fractal model analysis.The results show that with the increase of ablation time,ablation pits become big and deep,and fractal dimension and weight loss of specimen increase.After ablated for 72 h,fractal dimension reaches 1.978D,and the weight loss rate reaches 5.186×10^(-3)%,indicating that the specimen has been significantly damaged.The fractal model can efficiently analyze the ablation morphology evolution of aluminum alloy.
