聚能装药侵彻混凝土裂纹扩展数值模拟分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究小口径紫铜药型罩对混凝土裂纹扩展的影响。用Ansys/LS-DYNA软件数值模拟了不同药型罩锥角、不同炸高和不同靶板边界条件下靶板的裂纹响应过程。结果表明:侵彻体尾裙是影响靶板裂纹扩展时间和程度的重要因素;相同装药结构下自由边界靶相比于半无限靶的裂纹质量损失差值最高为20%;120°锥角药型罩侵彻半无限混凝土靶时,裂纹响应程度比60°锥角药型罩高8.4%;根据靶板响应状态,确定了120°药型罩的最佳炸高为2倍装药直径。研究结果可为小口径装药在新型破障武器中的应用提供参考。 In order to study the effect of small aperture copper liner on concrete crack propagation,Ansys/LS-DYNA software was used to numerically simulate the crack response process of the target under different liner cone angles,different explosion heights and different target boundary conditions.The results show that the tail skirt of the penetrator is an important factor affecting the crack propagation time and degree of the target plate under the same charge structure,the maximum difference of crack mass loss between free boundary target and semi-infinite target can reach 20%when the 120°conical angle liner penetrates the semi-infinite concrete target,the crack response degree is 8.4%higher than that of the 60°conical angle liner.According to the response state of the target plate,the optimum blasting height of 120°liner is determined to be 2 times the charge diameter.The research results can provide reference for the application of small-diameter charge in new obstacle-breaking weapons.
