TB6钛合金药型罩的等温锻造制备工艺研究

摘要 药型罩是决定战斗部毁伤能力的关键部件,与传统药型罩相比,钛合金药型罩可实现侵彻深度和开孔孔径的良好匹配。研究变形温度、变形速率和变形量对α+β相区等温锻造TB6钛合金显微组织和织构特征的影响规律,用优选工艺制备TB6钛合金药型罩试样,对其组织和力学性能进行表征。结果表明:经α+β相区等温锻造,TB6钛合金平均晶粒尺寸随锻造温度升高增加,织构强度随变形速率降低减弱。用优选工艺制备的等温锻造TB6钛合金药型罩经固溶时效处理后,各部位晶粒尺寸均匀,沿药型罩圆锥母线方向的室温拉伸平均抗拉强度为1128 MPa。 Shaped charge liner is a key component that decides the penetration properties of warheads.Titanium alloy liners have outstanding combination properties of penetration depth and diameter compared with traditional liner material.In this paper,the influences of deformation temperature,deformation rate and deformation amount on the microstructure and texture ofα+βisothermal forged TB6 alloy were investigated.An optimized process was established to prepare TB6 titanium shaped charge liner samples.Microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the mean grain size of TB6 titanium increases with the increase of temperature,and texture intensity weakens with the reduction of deformation rate,while isothermal forging inα+βregion.The isothermal forged TB6 titanium alloy liners prepared with optimized process exhibits uniform grain size at different positions and radial room temperature tensile strength of 1128 MPa after solution treatment and aging.
