Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Kindergarten Teachers’ Evaluation Ability under the Background of new Education Evaluation Reform

调查并分析了新教育评价改革背景下幼儿园教师评价能力现状,结果显示,幼儿园教师的评价能力达到“完全符合”和“比较符合”的比例超过60%;他评问卷中“评价理念、评价内容、评价方式、评价效果”选项选择“一般、比较不符合和完全不符合”的比例合计超过30%,表明教师评价能力有必要提升;有效的幼儿园教师评价能力提升策略是注重幼儿发展性评价、形成性评价、全面性评价和激励性评价。

This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ evaluation ability under the background of the new educational evaluation reform.The results show that the proportion of kindergarten teachers’ evaluation ability reaching "full compliance" and "relatively compliance" exceeds 60%. In the third-party evaluation questionnaire, the proportion of choosing "general, relatively non-compliance or total non-compliance" in the question of "evaluation concept, evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation effect" exceeds 30%, indicating that teachers’ evaluation ability needs to be improved;t. The effective improvement strategy of kindergarten teachers’ evaluation ability is to pay attention to developmental evaluation, formative evaluation, comprehensive evaluation and incentive evaluation.
