摘要 通过实证分析,研究劳动教育融入思政教学能否促进学习动机和学习效果。利用独立样本t检验法与单因素方差分析法对实验组与对照组进行数据处理与分析。结果表明:劳动教育融入思政课能够显著增强学习动机;有效提升学习效果。其中,在学习效果4个维度上,情感认同维度提升力度最显著,其次是行为正向维度和知识获取维度,但意志坚定维度的提升力度未达到显著性。这需要在分析其原因的基础上,进一步有针对性地优化教学改革。 Through empirical analysis, this paper studies whether the integration of labor education into Ideological and political teaching can promote learning motivation and learning effect. Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to process and analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group. The results show that the integration of labor education into Ideological and political courses can significantly enhance learning motivation;Effectively improve the learning effect. Among the four dimensions of learning effect, the improvement of emotional identity dimension is the most significant, followed by behavior positive dimension and knowledge acquisition dimension, but the improvement of will firmness dimension is not significant.This requires further targeted optimization of teaching reform on the basis of analyzing its causes.
