合作原则视角下高校辅导员谈心谈话策略提升研究

Research on the Improvement of College Counselors’ Heart-to-Heart Talk Strategy from the Perspective of Cooperative Principle

辅导员是高校开展思想政治教育的骨干力量。谈心谈话作为学生教育、管理、服务的基本工作方式,是辅导员把握学生思想动态,坚定理想信念,不断帮助学生成长成才的必要环节,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。掌握相关的语言策略有助于高校辅导员开展谈心谈话工作。本文基于语用学中的合作原则,从数量准则、质量准则、关联准则和方式准则四个方面,提出辅导员谈心谈话的具体提升策略,为辅导员加强沟通交际能力提供参考,进而提升思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。

Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As the basic working method of students’ education, management and service, heart-to-heart talk is a necessary procedure for counselors to grasp the change of students’ thoughts, firm their ideals and beliefs, and help students to grow and become talented. It is also an important way to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people. Mastering relevant linguistic strategies is helpful for college counselors to carry out heart-to-heart talk. Based on the cooperative principle of pragmatics, the paper put forward specific strategies for improving the quality of counselors’ heart-to-heart talk from the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relevance and the maxim of manner. It aims to provide reference for counselors to enhance their communicative abilities and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
