摘要
公共管理类专业课程教学中,教师需要有计划地培养学生的宏观管理能力和微观实务能力,使学生能够分析并解决公共管理问题,为社会发展做出贡献。当前公共管理专业主干课程包括:公共管理、公共政策、人力资源管理、管理文秘等,课程内容紧凑、针对性强,极其考验学生的应变能力和综合素养。而在当前公共管理课程教学中,部分教师教学理念太过陈旧、教学方式单一、教与学分离等问题导致学生应变能力提升缓慢,实践运用能力不足。为此,公共管理类专业教师可基于创客理念开展教学改革,通过精心设计创客项目、完善创客空间、拓宽实践渠道等措施培养学生的应变能力以及综合素养,推动公共管理类专业创新发展。
In the study of public management courses, students need to have macro management ability and micro practical ability, that is, they need to have the ability to analyze and solve public management problems. At present, the main courses of public management major include: public management, public policy, human resource management, management secretary, etc. these majors have high requirements for people’s adaptability, which also means that teachers improve students’ adaptability and even comprehensive ability on the basis of teaching. In the current public management course teaching, teachers do not pay attention to the combination of teaching and learning, and their teaching ideas and methods are too old-fashioned, resulting in poor problem-solving ability of students, which is easy to have problems in practical operation. In view of this situation, teachers need to actively carry out curriculum reform, use advanced teaching concepts, such as maker education, and improve the teaching effectiveness of public management specialty through the combination of teaching and practice.
