社会科学国际权威奖项得主的成果特征

Research on the Characteristics of International Honorary Award Winners’ Achievements in the Field of Social Sciences

在“破五唯”背景下,对社会科学国际权威奖项得主的成果进行特征分析,有助于理解国际权威奖项的评价内涵与科学价值,为新时期的科技人才评价活动提供参考。文章以经济学、政治学等5个社会科学细分学科的国际权威奖项得主为研究对象,运用引文分析与数理统计等方法,从学科差异、发表数量、引用特征变化规律、成果类型等维度对获奖者进行比较分析。研究发现:成果形式受到个人偏好与学科特性两个因素的影响,存在明显的差异;不同社会科学细分学科下不同类型成果的引用水平存在显著差异,引用水平与发表偏好或存在一定相关性;在获得权威奖项后,获奖者的短期学术影响力变化较小,长期则会呈现明显的提升。

As for talent evaluation in China,too much emphasis has been put on papers,honors,professional titles,educational backgrounds and honorary awards,which might be called “five onlys”. But now,there is a trend of abandoning the so called “five onlys” in China. Thus,research on the characteristics of international honorary award winners’ achievements would help us to better understand the evaluation connotation and scientific value of such international honorary awards,and then provide reference for future talent evaluation.First,it selects international honorary award winners in the field of social sciences as the research object. Then,by means of citation analysis and mathematical statistics,it compares and analyzes such winners’ achievements,focusing on the disciplinary differences,the quantity of published achievements,the characteristics of citation and the types of achievements. The result shows as follows:the preferences of such winners of different subdisciplines differ significantly;the achievement of articles is most prominent;such winners are similar in academic productivity and value cognition at the group level.
