Practice and Exploration of China’s Digital Library in the Late 20th Century——An Interview with the Pioneer LI Donglai

数字图书馆的发展是一个不断演化、迭代进化的过程,其实践探索积累了丰富的数字化资源和宝贵的建设经验,回顾数字图书馆实践探索能为智慧图书馆建设提供借鉴。文章针对数字图书馆的建设背景、系统功能设计、内容组织、人才培养等问题,访谈李东来馆长,还原数字图书馆初期建设情景,记录图书馆技术发展历史。

Digital library is always in a state of evolution. A wealth of digital resources and experiences have been accumulated in building digital libraries. Reviewing the practical exploration of digital library can provide references for the development of Smart Library. With an in-depth interview with director Li Donglai,focusing on the background,system function design,content organization,personnel training and the like,this paper tries to recreate the digital library development scenes at the early stage,and to record the history of library technology development.
