摘要
物料的搬运及分拣在产品流水装配线及自动化生产线中被广泛使用,本文以恒锐关节机器人和三菱FX3U-48MT型号PLC为控制核心,结合触摸屏、传感检测与变频器控制等技术,设计了基于PLC与工业机器人控制的物料搬运及分拣系统,提升了设备的自动化水平和生产效率。首先,分析了物料搬运及分拣系统的工作流程,再以工业机器人与PLC为控制核心给出了系统的硬件组成及软件设计。实验运行结果表明,控制系统整体运行良好,工作效率高,达到了预期效果。
Material handling and sorting are widely used in product assembly line and automatic production line, in this paper,a material handling and sorting system based on Hengrui joint robot and Mitsubishi FX3U-48MT PLC was designed.Combined with touch screen, sensing detection and frequency converter control technology, the system has improved the automation level and production efficiency of the equipment..First, the working flow of the material handling and sorting system were analyzed, and then the hardware composition and software design of the system were given with the industrial robot and PLC as the control core. The experimental results showed that the control system ran well with high efficiency and has achieved the expected effect.
