海上油田无人平台不动原井管柱气举技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 海上油田无人平台采油井主要采用电泵举升方式生产,由于无修井设备、电泵故障后需使用钻井船进行动管柱检泵作业,作业费用高,作业等待时间长,不利于油田经济效益。为此提出一种不动管柱气举技术,并设计和优选了相关井下工具。该技术通过钢丝作业在原井油管上打孔,建立气举通道,打孔后下入管内封隔器和气举工具串,通过管内封隔器将管柱进行多层封隔,每个封隔段均下入气举阀,实现多级气举目的。该技术无需修井机配合,依靠钢丝作业即可完成,具有作业简单,作业费用低等优点,能较好地解决海上油田无人平台修井作业难题。 The unmanned platform oil production wells in offshore oil fields are mainly produced by electric pump lifting. Since there is no workover equipment, the drilling ship needs to be used to conduct the operation of pipe string pump inspection after the electric pump fails. The operation cost is high and the operation waiting time is long, which is not conducive to the economic benefits of the oil field. To this end, a non moving string gas lift technology is proposed, and relevant downhole tools are designed and optimized. This technology is used to drill holes on the original well tubing through steel wire operation to establish a gas lift channel. After drilling, the packer and gas lift tool string in the pipe are run. The pipe string is multi-layered sealed by the packer in the pipe, and the gas lift valve is run in each packer section to achieve the purpose of multi-stage gas lift. This technology can be completed without the cooperation of workover rig and relying on steel wire operation. It has the advantages of simple operation and low operation cost, and can better solve the problem of workover operation of unmanned platform in offshore oil field.
