摘要
秦山核电厂辅助给水系统的功能是在电厂发生LOCA事故,且失去厂外电的工况下向蒸汽发生器二次侧提供足够的冷却水以使反应堆保持在零功率热备用状态,是核电厂重要的安全系统。在秦山核电厂320MWe机组第一次PSR审查中,运行了近30年的辅助给水柴油发电机电气系统存在电机核级鉴定不符合要求和控制回路运行不稳定等问题,属于PSR弱项,如不解决,对机组的稳定运行和延寿会有一定的影响。通过核电厂员工的不懈努力,克服种种困难,顺利完成改造任务,确保了机组安全稳定运行和为后续机组延寿打下了良好的基础。
The function of the auxiliary water supply system of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is to provide enough cooling water to the secondary side of the steam generator in the event of a LOCA accident in the power plant and the loss of off-site power to keep the reactor in a zero-power hot standby state,which is an important part of the nuclear power plant.security system.In the first PSR review of the 320MWe unit of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant,the electrical system of the auxiliary feedwater diesel generator that has been in operation for nearly 30 years has problems such as non-compliance with the requirements of the motor nuclear grade identification and unstable operation of the control circuit,which belong to the weak items of the PSR,will have a certain impact on the stable operation and life extension of the unit.Through the unremitting efforts of the nuclear power plant staff,various difficulties have been overcome and the transformation task has been successfully completed,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit and laying a good foundation for the subsequent unit life extension.
