浅谈PDS控制阀的损坏情况分析

摘要 在聚丙烯装置中,有30个PDS控制阀和4个手动切断阀,其中任意1个阀门出现故障都会造成整套控制系统的停车,因此PDS控制阀稳定性和可靠性极其重要。PDS控制阀具有开关频次高、耐磨损、密封等级高、介质状态复杂、阀门的开关时间短的特点,PDS设计、制造要求高。重庆川仪多年来对PDS阀门的检修,掌握了PDS控制阀容易损坏的零部件,并对其原因进行了分析和改造升级,分析了PDS控制阀在聚丙烯装置上使用的过程中容易出现的故障情况,对PDS控制阀国产化的设计制造具有十分重要的意义。 There are 4 manual cut-off valves and 30 PDS control valves in the polypropylene device.The overall control system will shut down if one valve fails.The PDS control valve’s stability and reliability are crucial.PDS control valve features high switching frequency,high wear resistance,high sealing grade,complex medium state,short valve switching time,PDS design,and high manufacturing requirements.Over the years,Chongqing ChuanYi has overhauled PDS valves and mastered the PDS control valve sections that are vulnerable to damage.Additionally,Chongqing Chuan Yi has enhanced its analysis of the failure scenarios and causes that are likely to arise when using PDS control valves on polypropylene facilities.This research is of great importance to the design and manufacture of PDS control valves for localization.
