戴明循环理论下品管圈活动对白血病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎发生率的影响

Effect of quality control circle activity under Deming cycle theory on the incidence of oral mucositis in leukemia chemotherapy patients

目的探讨戴明循环理论下品管圈(QCC)活动对白血病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎(OM)发生率的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院确诊的采取常规口腔护理的54例白血病化疗患者为对照组;2020年2月-2021年1月54例白血病化疗患者为观察组,在上述基础上采取戴明环理论指导下的QCC活动。对2组OM发生率进行比较,记录2组化疗时间与化疗费用,评定观察组的QCC小组活动无形成果(创造性思维、工作责任感、沟通能力以及团队凝聚力)。结果观察组的OM发生率22.22%,低于对照组的75.93%(P<0.05)。观察组的化疗时间与化疗费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在QCC活动开展后圈员的创造性思维、工作责任感、沟通能力以及团队凝聚力评分高于QCC活动前(P<0.05)。结论白血病化疗患者予以戴明循环理论指导下的QCC活动干预,可有效降低OM发生率,提高化疗效率,并可收获良好的无形效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity under Deming Cycle Theory on the incidence of oral mucositis(OM)in leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 54 leukemia chemotherapy patients with routine oral care diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the control group.54 leukemia chemotherapy patients diagnosed in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,which were took QCC activities under Deming Cycle Theory.The incidence of OM in the two groups were compared according to the oral mucositis score(OAG).The time and cost of chemotherapy in the two groups were recorded.The intangible results of QCC group activities of the observation group(creative thinking,sense of responsibility,communication skills and team cohesion)was evaluated. Results The incidence of OM in the observation group was 22.22%,lower than 75.93% in the control group(P<0.05).The time and cost of chemotherapy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of creative thinking,sense of responsibility,communication skills and team cohesion of the circle members in the observation group after QCC activities were higher than those before QCC activities(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC activity intervention of Deming Cycle Theory in leukemia chemotherapy patients can effectively reduce the incidence of OM,ensure the health of patients,and harvest good intangible effects.
